Open Your Eyes

A podcast for A New Perspective

"I’ve come to realize that we all need a fresh view, new ideas and suggestions for how to become better as people, leaders and parents. So, I started sharing my thoughts as a way to give back to the community of listeners and podcasters who are seeking to serve by sharing their faith and experience with others."

Why this podcast?

For years I’ve trained hundreds of teams on how to improve individual and team performance, and I get a lot of messages asking for the podcast version of my trainings.  So, I’ve taken the messages from my book Open Your Eyes, lessons from my Inspire Change training series and other leadership trainings, and put them in an easy to listen to podcast series.

From my work as a Ph.D. in Adult Learning, I’ll take you inside my research findings to discover the defining power of self-identity and the strategies to leading as an authentic leader.  As a college professor, I learned long ago, that analogies, stories and real-life examples teach so much better than a long list of boring steps or principles. So, prepare to have fun, laugh a little and learn a lot.
